Our on-site child care center offers excellent, low-cost day care for your child. Because CPL subsidizes the center, the fees are extremely affordable, and are based on a sliding scale.

• CAREER SKILLS TRAINING
Our center offers on-site ongoing training for health care professionals through inservice workshops and other activities. We have 2 certified CPR instructors on staff.
Licenses nurse aide are given every opportunuty to advance in their career at this center.
• TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
We support our employees who want to learn and advance in their careers -- and in life. Are you interested in going back to college? Picking up some credits? We will reimburse you for your tuition. Ask your administrator for more info.
• PAID VACATION
All of our full-time employees receive a generous paid vacation package. The first week’s paid vacation can be taken after the first six months of employment. Part-time employees working 16 or more hours a week receive pro-rated benefits
• PERSONAL DAYS
3 personal days per year.
• PAID HOLIDAYS
9 paid holidays. Also you are paid time and a half for working the holiday
• PAID BEREAVEMENT TIME
We understand that families need to be together in times of grief. 3 paid days
• PAID JURY DUTY
Jury duty is part of being a good citizen. We will continue to pay you your regular salary if you are called upon to serve on a jury.
• DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION

• CREDIT UNION
Looking for an alternative to big-bank fees on loans and credit? We offer you the option of credit union membership. We offer direct payroll deductions.
• "PERFECT ATTENDANCE" REWARDS
We offer financial incentives for perfect
attendance during a given 6-month period.
After six months of perfect attendance, you
will receive a $50 savings bond. Go another
six months without missing a day, and you
will again receive a $50 savings bond. And to
reward you for a full 12 months of perfect
attendance, we will give you an additional
$100 savings bond. Planned vacation time
will not be counted against an employee’s
attendance record -- we want our staff to
enjoy their time off!
